Girls Weekend Get-A-Way

Well this weekend was the 2nd annual girls weekend Whistler get-a-way for my bday, and what a weekend it was. If possible, this year was even more fun than the last. The weekend was spent eating, drinking, sleeping, shopping, eating, drinking, hot-tubbing, drinking, and relaxing...oh and drinking. I went with 4 wonderful girlfriend who made the weekend most memorable and amazing. We rented a 2 bedroom suite at the beautiful Pan-Pacific Mountainside nestled in the mountains and right in Whistler Village.

Our room was luxurious and comfy! We spent time relaxing and drinking the weekend away in it! We did venture out into the village of course but we felt so comfy in our room hanging out together.

The martinis were being shaken within minutes of entering our room and I am not sure that the shaking ever really stopped. Everything is in walking distance in Whistler which was a VERY good thing because no one was driving anywhere!

My lovely ladies treated me to a fantastic steak dinner at the Keg on Friday night and we had great food, wine, and lots of laughs!

My darling Darla ensured that there were plenty of photos taken during the weekend, especially when we were all dressed up and looking fine!

There were also moments of utter ridiculousness! We really let loose and had a ton of laughs. I couldn't have gone with a better group of girls. They made my birthday weekend so memorable!

There was also much time spent relaxing and drinking martinis from coffee mugs in the hot tub that over looks part of the village and the gondolas...so beautiful!

And just because she is fabulous, Darla wore a moomoo around the village and out to dinner on Saturday night. She amazes me. She wore that moomoo like it was a haute couture gown! Boy did she get some looks!

So all in all the weekend was a HUGE success and so much fun. It was really hard to leave knowing that it will be another year until we get to do this again. Thanks ladies for making my birthday wonderful and for making me feel so loved and blessed. Thanks for all the laughs and memories!
